Education and we : Private Vs Government School

Ved Prakash Bhardwaj
The latest results of CBSE have once again proved that the level of education and education of children is not related to the grand buildings of schools, AC classrooms, English medium, high fees, etc. Most of the topper children are studying in government schools and many of them are from rural areas. Not only this, but there are also children whose parents work as laborers, sell vegetables, or do similar work. Such children have proved that the stories of reading under the street lamps and moving forward were not mere fantasies. But this will not reduce the attractiveness of private schools, it is certain. The image of private schools in the minds of most people in our society cannot be erased. Private schools are not bad but they are also not a guarantee of quality education. He only serves to give children a good clean environment and discipline to an extent which is not available in government schools. The irony is that there are so many rules and formalities in our government schools that they are not easily rectified. Still, if the king's son is not to be made the king, then we must bring government schools to the level of private schools. Government schools are looking ahead in educational success if they can compete with private schools in terms of facilities. The Delhi government has succeeded to a great extent. However, a lot is yet to be done in the government schools of Delhi.
