dissatisfaction of public and our government-1 जनता में असंतोष और हमारी सरकार

 

Who are we?  Are we citizens of this country and do we have the democratic right to question our government?  I am raising this question because, on May 15, 15 people have been arrested in Delhi by filing 25 criminal cases for hang-up posters seeking answers from the Prime Minister about the vaccine.  In this case, the administration says that people had problems with putting up such posters on polls.  

According to the administration, people have complained about polluting public property.  Who are these people who are so concerned about cleaning up the public property?  And where do these people go missing when political parties and leaders fill the city walls with their posters?  Where are the law and order keepers when advertisements are pasted on government buildings, buses, etc.?  Why legal action is not taken against anyone?

We know that it is impossible to find answers to these questions. It is difficult for the government to answer, but it is easy to crush the questions. The government always likes to do this easy task.

हम क्या हैं? क्या हम इस देश के नागरिक हैं और क्या हमें अपनी सरकार से सवाल करने का लोकतांत्रिक अधिकार है? यह सवाल मैं इसलिए उठा रहा हूं कि 15 मई को दिल्ली में प्रधानमंत्री से वैक्सीन को लेकर जवाब मांगने वाले पोस्टर लगाने पर 25 आपराधिक मामले दर्ज कर 15 लोगों को गिरफ्तार किया गया है। इस मामले में प्रशासन का कहना है कि इस तरह के पोस्टर लगाने से लोगों को परेशानी थी। प्रशासन के अनुसार लोगों ने सार्वजनिक संपत्ति को गंदा करने की शिकायत की है। यह कौन लोग हैं जिन्हें सार्वजनिक संपत्ति की सफाई की इतनी चिंता हुई है? और यह लोग उस समय कहाँ गुम हो जाते हैं जब राजनीतिक दल व नेता शहर की दीवारों को अपने पोस्टर से भर देते हैं? जब सरकारी इमारतों, बसों आदि पर विज्ञापन चिपका दिए जाते हैं तब कानून व्यवस्था के रखवाले कहाँ होते हैं? तब क्यों किसी के खिलाफ कानूनी कार्रवाई नहीं की जाती?

हम जानते हैं कि इन सवालों के जवाब मिलना असंभव है। सरकार के लिए जवाब देना मुश्किल है पर सवालों को कुचलना आसान है। सरकार यही आसान काम कर रही है।
